Principle
Evaluation of male fertility based on seminal fluid parameters.

Collection and Submission
Semen collection with analysis of parameters will be performed at the primary laboratory.  Results will be submitted along with 2 unstained slides and a Clinical Pathology Requisition to Dahl-Chase Pathology.

Results
Results will be reviewed along with semen morphology.  An interpretative comment will be provided along with suggestions for additional testing if recommended.
